These. Tacos. Are. Life.

They are so life that I used the periods-after-each-word trick proper up there to truly make you understand. Had to. Desperate times, desperate measures, all that stuff. You HAVE to know the magnificence of this combination:

tender, fall-apart, juicy, flavorful meat (this from a veg-lover, okay? so please simply observe that I don't typically reward meat like this)
bendy, pillow-soft flour tortillas, simply due to the fact we’re going for a complete meals truck vibe here
kimchi, that's spicy fermented cabbage that sounds 100 pc terrible but is, in fact, delicious
chopped cilantro
chopped peanuts
spicy mayooooo and don’t even move heart faculty on me with the “I don’t like mayo” thing. those tacos require mayo.
This pork – this gingery, garlicky, flavor-loaded pork – is type of a workhorse round here. It has proven up in lots of my recipes: Korean BBQ Burrito, Korean BBQ Steak Salad Bowls, Korean BBQ Yum Yum Rice Bowls… and now, look. Here it's again. I type of  wish it by no means leaves.

On the different hand, YOU KINDA NEED IT. It can cook dinner your meat in much lower than an hour. Wait though: it will doubtless cook dinner your meat in much lower than an hour!! You don’t ought to devise ahead. Dinners may be rescued, souls may be saved. I dunno, it’s as much as you. A gradual cooker would work. A pan at the range would work. Instructions for equally are within the recipe.

But still. Think about that hour. You would possibly kinda want it.
