The #New #Crudité #Platter

This platter is one of my most favorite creations yet. Unlike other crudité platters, this one is LOADED and has a really great mix of fresh and fried veggies.
Ingredients
Vegetarian, Gluten free
∙ Serves 8
Produce
  • 1 large bunchAsparagus
  • 1 Avocado, ripe pitted
  • 1 Baby artichokes
  • 1 Carrot sticks
  • 1 Cherry tomatoes
  • 1 tbsp Chives, fresh
  • 1 slices Cucumber
  • 2 tbsp Dill, fresh
  • 1 clove Garlic
  • 1/2 tsp Onion powder
  • 2 tbsp Parsley, fresh
  • 1 Radishes
  • 1 Snap peas
  • 12 Zucchini blossoms or 2 zucchini
Condiments
  • 1 cups Hummus, homemade or store-bought
  • 1 Kalamata olives
Baking & Spices
  • 1 cup All-purpose flour or rice flour
  • 1/4 tsp Baking powder
  • 1 Salt + pepper
Oils & Vinegars
  • 1 Canola or vegetable oil
Drinks
  • 1 cup Sparkling water
Dairy
  • 1/2 cup Buttermilk
  • 1/3 cup Greek yogurt, plain
  • 4 oz Mozzarella, fresh
