The Best #Raspberry #Bread

There’s almost more raspberries than bread in my recipe for the BEST RASPBERRY BREAD!! You’ll want to make it over and over because it’s super soft and just bursting with juicy berries!!
Ingredients
Vegetarian
∙ Makes 1 loaf

  • 2 cups 10 to 12 ounces raspberries
Refrigerated
  • 1 Egg, large
Baking & Spices
  • 2 1/4 cups All-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp Baking soda
  • 3/4 cup Brown sugar, light packed
  • 1/4 cup Granulated sugar
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 2 tsp Vanilla extract
Oils & Vinegars
  • 1/4 cup Canola or vegetable oil
Dairy
  • 1/4 cup Butter, unsalted
  • 3/4 cup Buttermilk
